It is time to renew bunker- CLC-, Wreck Removal- and Athens Certificates.
The certificates can be issued by all flag states that have ratified these conventions.

Bunker Certificates
All ships 1000 GT and above are obliged to have a Bunker Certificate, which confirms insurance or any other guarantee covering civil liability in connection with pollution damages caused by bunker oil from ships.
Bunker certificates and CLC certificates must be renewed on a yearly basis no later than the 20th of February.

CLC certificates
All tankers transporting 2,000 tons or more are obliged also to have a CLC certificate, which confirms insurance or any other guarantee covering civil liability for oil pollution damages from ships.
Bunker certificates and CLC certificates must be renewed on a yearly basis no later than the 20th of February.

Wreck Removal Certificate
Application for certificate of insurance or other financial security in respect of shipowner liability for the of removal wrecks, etc.

Athens Certificate
Application for certificate conforming insurance or any other guarantee covering liability in the event of accidents transportation of passengers at sea.

Valid Bunker Certificates, Wreck Removal Certificates, CLC certificates and Athens Certificates in their original form must be kept on board the ships - otherwise the ship will be detained.
