CONTINUOUS SYNOPSIS RECORD - CSR
The CSR documents the history of the ship. The document includes information about owner, class, ISM and ISPS. These vessels must hold a SCR document:
- Cargo vessels larger than 500 GT who navigate in international waters, and
- passenger ships who navigate in international waters
